Sandwich Platter SERVES 8-10 people, of variety - Ham and White American - Turkey and Provolone - Roast Beef and Cheddar – Pastrami and Pepper Jack, all topped with lettuce, tomato, onion, and served with mayonnaise and mustard packets (16 pieces -quarters/ 4 each flavor)

Serves 8-10 People - A variety of Heirloom tomatoes, herbed mozzarella balls, Salamis, and fresh Basil all skewered on a stick, served with sourdough baguette bread rounds. (25 skewers)

Chicken Wing Platter $98.00

Serves 8-10 people -Fried Jumbo chicken wings -Choice of: BBQ, Spicy Sriracha, Teriyaki with sesame seeds, or all three.  Served with blue cheese dressing and celery sticks. (10lbs wings, 1 pint dipping sauce, 1 pound celery sticks)

Drunken Bourbon Meatballs  $78.00

Serves 8-10 People - Seasoned ground beef, onions, herbs, and breadcrumbs cooked in bourbon, and served in our house bourbon BBQ sauce. (30-36 meatballs -3lb and a pint of extra dipping sauce)

Dungeness Crab Stuffed Mushrooms  $95.00

Serves 8-10 People - Mushroom stuffed with Crab, cream cheese, parmesan cheese, and our house herb blend (includes garlic), topped with panko parmesan crumbs and toasted to a golden brown. (Count depends on the size of mushrooms and seasons vary, between 25-40 mushrooms)

Serves 8-10 people - Colorful and fresh, artfully arranged, seasonal selection of fruit served with yogurt-blueberry dipping sauce (Variety may include: strawberries, blueberries, melons, pineapple, grapes, oranges)

Serves 8-10 People - Fresh, seasonal vegetables with house-made peppercorn ranch dip (Variety may include, Heirloom tomatoes, celery, broccoli, carrots, cauliflower, cucumber, peppers)

Fresh-made Hummus, Marinated vegetables, Mixed Olives and Feta Cheese, served with fresh triangles of Pita Bread. (Aprox. 2 pounds of hummus)

Savory Pastry Platter $88.00

Serves 8-10 People -Fresh, handmade Mushroom tarts, Spanakopita and Cheese Pies, Meat pies, served with a pomegranate reduction. (mini pastries in a variety of doughs filled with veggies, meats and cheeses 4 each)

Pastry Platter $88.00

Serves 8-10 people -Assorted hand made mini tarts, Coconut, Marion berry, Strawberry, Raspberry (4 each flavor, all tarts are puffed pastry with fruit and cream cheese fillings)

Smoked Salmon Dip  $88.00

Serves 8-10 People - Smoked Salmon, creamed cheese, house herb blend, and garlic, topped with Capers and served with sourdough slices toasted slightly. (2 pounds of Dip surrounded by crostini points)

Turkey & Cranberry Sliders  $65.00

Serves 8-10 People -Mini sandwiches made on Hawaiian sweet rolls, with sliced turkey and topped with our house-made cranberry sauce. (20 sliders and a pint of sauce)
